Refund policy
Everything at Happy Soul Vibrations is made to order. Your item is printed after you place your order — it did not exist before that, and there is no stock shelf to return it to.
Change of mind, wrong size, or a typo
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, for an item that does not fit, or for names, numbers or personalised text that were entered incorrectly at checkout. Personalised items are printed exactly as typed.
Please check your size and double-check any spelling, names and numbers before you complete your order. If you are unsure about anything, contact us first at kristine@happysoulvibrations.com — we are happy to help before printing begins.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect
We will always put this right. If your item arrives with a printing fault, damage, a fault in the garment itself, or is simply the wrong item, contact us at kristine@happysoulvibrations.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the problem
Once we have confirmed the issue, we will remake and reship your item at no cost to you. We will let you know at that point whether the original item needs to be returned — in most cases it does not, and we will cover return postage if we do ask for it.
Where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before printing has begun. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an item has entered production it cannot be cancelled.
Team and group orders
Team and group orders are printed together as a single batch after the order deadline passes and are delivered to the team organiser. Individual orders within a batch cannot be cancelled or changed after the deadline.
